Remove unnecessary Homebrew dependencies

When installing libbiosig, many dependencies are installed along, including gnu-sed and gnu-tar. However, I think this might not be necessary because macOS comes with sed and tar preinstalled. Unless you are using specific GNU extensions (I don't even know if there are any), these two dependencies should be removed.
