Modify corner table

Mesh Corner Table was split into several files, a number of functions were refactored, especially the ones performing input/output, mesh consistency test function was added, possibility to use a grid that has varying number of cells in different axes was added, some other utility functions were added, some bugs fixed, an input file added with the simplest possible non-manifold edge was added (3 tets around an edge).
